Abyss Workers Leader

アビスワーカーズリーダー, Chuuwake no Otoko (中分けの男), Middle-Part Guy

Affiliation: SARAW

He is seemingly the leader of the abyss workers/human traffickers. He is overjoyed at the sight of Rudo and at first seemingly welcoming, studying Rudo as if he were a foreign species, but in mere minutes has Rudo chained up.
