The leader of Shishitoren. He believes that the stronger someone is, the more free they are. Tomiyama wants to create a fun environment for Shishitoren, where members can feel the most free they've ever felt. Always a bit fidgety and impatient, he charges into things even by himself, no matter where he goes.
