Dei Surugi

Height: 168 cm

He is quite an eccentric person who enjoys seeing the malicious expressions on other people's faces. He loves to provoke and annoy others, seeing their hatred as a form of "affection", and his harassment often goes too far to the point of arousal. From childhood, Surugi found pleasure in being hated, which led him to become an online troll who always received negative responses. Upon entering Miden Academy, he found in Minoru Wagari someone who showed him both hatred and appreciation, which was the best thing that could have happened to him.
