Mizuho Kusanagi

Height: 183cm

Student Council President of Seiryu High School. An eccentric figure who pours all his passion into remaining the student council president—going so far as to intentionally repeat school years to keep the position.

Coming from a wealthy family, he built a "Kusanagi Palace" modeled after the White House on school grounds and resides there rather than in the dormitory. He has an immense love for beautiful things and is eager to recruit Arai and Takagi into the student council.
