Ryuunosuke Sugita

Height: 171cm

As the student council president's secretary, he is constantly by Kusanagi's side, yet he is a sensible person with common sense. He is perpetually exasperated by Kusanagi's outrageous behavior.

Although it was assumed he had been held back a year repeatedly just to stay with Kusanagi, it was later revealed that he had actually graduated. He appears to be employed by the Kusanagi Concern, serving as secretary to Mizuho Kusanagi.
