Tan Otori

A third-year student at Fujinari Academy Junior High. He serves as the public relations officer for the student council.

Despite being a junior high student, he possesses enough academic ability to tutor high school students in math and science subjects. He is also highly competent in his role in public relations.

He is incredibly cute and fully aware of it; his words and personality are blatantly "cutesy" and calculated to charm, yet he is a boy. As a "cross-dressing boy" (otokonoko), his nipples are usually visible, though there are times when they are not shown.
