Character
Tsugaru
東日流
Tsugaru is one of Yugi's henchmen. Tsugaru's notable feature is that he dresses much like a woman. Unlike Matori and Hotsuma, Tsugaru tends to use deceit instead of force to do Yugi's wishes.
